Hey! New to the site & loving all the great info... I'm a full time Realtor by day in the Kingfisher/Piedmont/Edmond area, and own and manage personal rental properties in the Kingfisher market. Looking to fulfill my necessary need to rehab properties for my own personal investment outside of my local investor market for which I provide services for & keeping any conflict of interest at bay...looking in the areas of OKC with the "Urban" design flare for some fun projects.
