Wow, the work looks fantastic @Shawn Ward! I just started with learning about real estate investing and live in Los Angeles, and I am inspired by your photos and story! I can't make it out to your unveiling this weekend, but would love to come down and see it sometime if you guys are still going to be around the property!

@Benson Juarez Wow - that is a great list! I will definitely look into all of those groups. And thank you for the tip for adding buy and holds - Once I get my feet wet with fix and flip, I will definitely be interested in some hold properties to generate some passive income, appreciation equity and to have a tenant pay off some of the equity!  Thanks!
