Ok, just curious. I've only ever heard the term leaseback used in the context of a sale and leaseback... where the owner sells and becomes the tenant by leasing back the house from the new owner. Was the tenant previously the owner of the house? I think you may get a bit more interest here of you would share more of the overall information. 

Not sure what you mean when you say "a leaseback period of 36 months". Please send me more information

If the lien is from the City wouldn't the city be the one to initiate the foreclosure?
