Seeking lender for construction/repurpose of a building

Hello, looking to turn an industrial building roughly 40,000sqft into 26 1250sqft apartments. The city is happy with this proposal. I am looking for someone to fund the roughly 1.5m-2m in construction cost. Does anyone offer something like this?

have a major construction experience, and have successful smaller projects.
