Post: Form to Not Get Sued?

I have a property under contract right now.

I plan on buying it then selling it immediately.

Is there a form that I can have potential buyers fill out so that if they  visit it before I close and slip and fall on the property, the current owner or myself won’t be held liable?

I want to buy a home from a seller that's on extra land.

I would like to buy it from him using seller financing.

I do not want him to know what my plans are for subdividing it, but I want to allow for the subdivision in the owner financing agreement.

How would I write up such an agreement?

Thank you @Braden.

I have a different letter that go out to prospective sellers once a month for six months. I do not want to have to organize the campaign. All I want to do is send them the leads and the different letters and have them manage the campaign. What companies do you recommend? What is the cheapest?

I'm in the midst of purchasing a property via a contract for deed. I pay monthly payments of $800 to the seller. Am I able to write off those $800 payments as expenses in my taxes?

In a tax foreclosure deed auction, if another investor who's also bidding contacts me to negotiate with me, is it illegal? What law governs this? Looking for recourse...

I am interested in having a gentleman put a right of way through his property. He has a mortgage against the property from a bank. Will the bank allow him to grant me a right of way?
