@Matt Robinson  Great - look forward to meeting you, as well.  Thanks, I am a big fan of the podcast.  I have about an hour long commute to and from work and I've found its a great way to keep me engaged and focused on my real estate goals on a daily basis.  I'll try to check for a few of the local guys in the episode list.
