Hey Everyone,

Hope all is well.

Just thought of reaching out here on biggerpockets to see if any hotel operators or investors interested in investing in the hospitality industry, know of any conventions, meetups, or group meets that are taking place in the near future.

Looking forward to hearing from you,

Benjamin Cohen

Hey everyone!

Would anyone be able to refer me to a good RE Attorney and also a CPA with REI experience in the Charlotte, Metro area. Looking to build my core team as I am about to close on my first del within the next 15 days and I need some tax advice and an attorney to glance over papers!

Looking forward to hearing back!

Thanks,

Benjamin Cohen

Hello everyone!

Hope everyone is doing well! Just wanted to reach out here and ask for some advice. I was just given permission by a key sponsor (my mentor) of a larger apartment deal to raise capitol to get a % of the GP and I have a very limited personal network. Other than involving close friends and family, how would, say, a veteran or more experienced investor go about raising capitol. This deal is bang on the money, value-add asset in Houston and the capitol raise needed is 6 million.

This is very exciting but also overwhelming and somewhat intimidating. Any ideas or recommendations on how to tackle this as a newbie?

As I'm starting my journey into apartment syndication, I'm realizing the most time efficient way to scale is through partnerships. Looking forward to and open to hear all kinds of advice on what signs to look for when considering partnering with someone?

As a newbie, I lack credibility and track record obviously; that being said, would it be best to look for partners in a similar boat (with high work ethic) or work with more experienced investors who’s looking to add someone on their own team? I'm definitely looking to provide value while also looking to build my core team as well. Any tips on how to balance that?

Looking forward to hearing back!

Hi Everyone!

Relatively new here to BP and very new in Real Estate Investing in general! I'm a 22 year old college athlete, located in the Charlotte, Metro area and have been attending as many REIA's as possible and have met so many outstanding professionals. I'm absolutely in love with multifamily, cash flowing properties and I'm so excited to get some hands-on, real life experience.

Looking and hoping to receive some advice from more experienced individuals on here on how to approach other investors in regards to mentorship. I'm looking to partner (I don't care to make any money, I just want to learn) and see how investors and syndicators, raise capitol, obtain financing, and work with contractors to increase NOI. Since I don't have any experience to offer since I'm just starting out, I do have time, energy, and I'm more than willing to help solve problems and add value for other businesses (by either improving one's social media and marketing presence to networking at other REIA's on their behalf)

Would love the opportunity to connect, learn, humble myself, and get started. What is your story on landing your first partnership/deal in multifamily?

Looking forward to hearing back!

Thank you so much for your time!
