Kevin Hunter somewhere around the area hopefully, don't have that much budget to buy a reno around Fairfax so either wholesaling to begin or if I do get a property it going to be around Woodbridge, manassas or even further south which is closer to my budget. Definitely willing to partner with someone in a deal to lessen the risk and learn a thing or two as well.. how do you find the market around our area? Is it still possible to start out here or is it saturated?
