@Ryan Mullin are there good properties at the surplus sale? I heard there wasn't much to choose from. 

@Cheryl P. I think what you're doing is smart.  There is no need to rush into anything, making sure you are buying a good investment and building your team with people you trust is the most important thing to being successful in this market.
