Some carriers will offer it. Look for a smaller mutual co. and ask your agent if he knows which offer it. Sometimes, it specifically excludes tenant vandalism even if there is vandalism coverage so make sure you check the exclusions.

Definitely a possibility. I know some of the personal insurers are pushing hard with them. Probably just need an agent to advocate for you. What area are you in?
