For someone starting out in fix and flips, what are some things to look for in choosing the right accountant/cpa to start a house flipping venture?

Hi all!

I am trying to get my foot in the door and I am looking for an area to target in either the Pueblo West/Colorado Springs/Denver area for fix and flips!

Is there anything in an area that you look for before exploring an area? What are some indicators to consider for fix and flips?

From there I will look into finding a realtor to find that “diamond in the rough”. Any advice would be appreciated!

As far as the business structure (ie LLC), at what point do I begin this? After I find the deal? I'm not familiar what steps take place.
