I would replace broken scrap, oil base primer and paint I did this to one of mine with cedar shakes has held up well for 3 yrs now!

the awnings size looks good maybe the porch on front was bigger to give better curb appeal

Depending on Furnace's age you maybe able to just add a coils and outdoor units are they forced air furnaces?

if its not damaged or broken i would paint and leave you can always siding maybe check Habitat

just about everyone will have kits lowes, home depot, menards, ACE, etc
