I cannot share much info as I am looking to do a loan on the property and I dont want to get into the disclosure issues. Its a medical office (4units) in west Kokomo. The property is 6,400 sqft currently. I am just looking for broad info about Kokomo's market.

I have a deal in Kokomo. Its a commercial medical office. I was wondering how the market looks in Kokomo. Is there areas I need to worry about? Is the market down or up? Any insight would be most helpful.

In order to secure a loan, most lenders require the property to be in an LLC or Corp. The reason behind this is most private money lenders are not licensed to lend on single family properties. The way that they can stay in compliance is the lender will do a business to business transaction backed by the real-estate that business owns.
