Thanks for the feedback, I agree with the cost savings of a Prius on gas but I don't have an extra $25K for a car at this point in time. I would rather use my credit for real estate investments and not for a second car payment. The truck is a 2013 and in good shape. I would want to keep it as I need something to haul things around in, especially housing rehab materials.

I have a full size (4 door) crew cab F150 that can comfortably seat 6. Should I use this vehicle to show houses to clients? Thanks for any insight, Ben

I'm looking for classes that I can do in my own time to prepare me for taking the exam for RE license. What online vendors do a good job of preparation?

Hi BP,

I'm looking into getting my RE license here in Albuquerque and need to do it during nights and weekends since I have a W-2 job that I go to during the day.  Any recommendations for schools that will get me the info I need to pass the licensure exam?

Thanks,

Ben

Hello everyone!

I found BP through iTunes as I listen to the podcast on my way to work.  I recently left the classroom and now work as a training coordinator but want to find a way to secure my family's future.  Real estate may be that option and I'm doing my research to see if I can do it.
