Thanks for replying! I find mobile home parks intriguing as well. It also seems like it would be extremely stable and recession proof (just a guess).

I also have not thought about time shares either, thanks for the insight!

There are a few investing niches that seem to get almost all of the attention. For example: multifamily, single family, (and lately self storage). What are some real estate niches that no one talks about that you've had a surprising amount of success with?

Would it be possible to raise the funds needed for a syndication through an equity placement broker? If so, how would this change the fee structure? For example: there's usually a 1-3% acquisition fee when using privately raised money. Would one still be able to charge fees with money brought in by an equity placement broker?

I realized a few days ago that NYC real estate is averaging around $2,000 per square foot. I know that it is more practical to invest in much lower priced areas, but does anyone here in the BP community actively invest in this area?
