RiNo Growing Fast!

I am curious as to what the current retail rental rates are per square foot.

Any recommendations on brokers in the neighborhood to give a BOV?

Lots of replies to you @Eric Shiva, any updates? Did you find a place? Are you starting to look for renters?

@Collin Schwartz

Sorry, Collin, I meant to tag you in my newest post to this thread. I love all the advice you gave. I would love to hear your update. Heck, how many of your recommendations are still open after covid ?

@Pete Voss @Kyle Godbout @Max Fleissner @Amber Barr

I think got everyone tagged there. This is an old post , but I am curious where everyone is at now. I am may be investing in Omaha soon. I have a friend moving there. We are looking to network and invest.

I am very curious were everyone is now. The 3 year mark and Covid, it would be great to hear updates. Who is still there, what's the market like, are there still meet-up going? Etc.

@Chris Lopez

Thank you for the reply!

I guess the BP sign behind you in the video had me thinking it was BP affiliated. I also swear I have seen your space in BP round Robin discussions, but maybe not.

We are in the process of building a podcast studio. Your podcast sounds pretty good. I noticed you don't have any acoustic dampening that I could see.

I am diving into your podcasts now. Just finished this one. Keep up the great work!

@Chris Levarek

Thank you!

"Down the Road" meaning time, not physically. Thus you answered #3 in answering #1.

A newbie with a n00b question!

Am I correct that a first time home buyer loan, can only be used once?

Is it crazy/out of the question/not realistic to think that I could...

1. Create an LLC

2. The LLC purchases the property with a hard money loan and/or with some investors

3. Buy another property down the road with one of the first time home buyer options?

Thanks!
