@Dane Silchenstedt Sorry I missed your message- I usually get a notification from Biggerpockets when someone tags me but I must have missed it.  I think @David Ray Norris Jr. has it taken care of, but if I can help in some way let me know.  He has a Pro membership so he can create invitations and events.  I don't have that ability in my account.

What a great time we had last night! Our group continues to grow and add new people each time we meet, and I'm very excited about the year ahead.

Regular meetings will continue to be held on the first Friday of each month, 6 - 8 pm, but the location is changing! Beginning Feb 4, SSTX Financial LLC has generously offered us their conference room to provide a setting that will be much easier for us to have group conversations, presentations, continuing education, and even Zoom meetings. Had a successful second meetup last night!  Looking forward to keeping the momentum going in 2022.

The venue for these get togethers is fantastic, but the way the tables are set up it doesn't really allow for everyone being able to interact with the entire group.  What do you all think about meeting somewhere else every once in a while, where it's a little easier to talk as a group?  Maybe even have a guest speaker, or one of our own group members speaking about what they do?
