Looking for a book(s) that has information on walking you through the steps from start to finish of land development to building on top of it. I have tried searching, and have not really found anything. Thank you for your help.

Sounds good. I will let you know.

Hi,

Just introducing myself. I have been on BiggerPockets from the outside looking in for a long time. Created account recently. Will not be posting much, but I read alot of what others have to write. I am happy this community/tool exists and is very helpful.

I ultimately am a buy/hold investor, however I would say I will adapt depending on the property and what I have to work with. I believe that there is profit to be made on almost all real estate transactions if it is acquired using the right technique per given situation. I also believe that creative finance techniques are what set apart investors instead of using traditional bank financing.

Thanks in advance for the "Welcome to Biggerpocket" replies.
