Tenant called. Slow drip from ceiling in kitchen. I have a flat roof and 14" of snow just fell. It's. slowly melting as the temperatures will be freezing for the next week. Any suggestions?

So, I'll make this quick. I just did the numbers for the year. Rent - +$12,600 Mortgage - - $4,800 Taxes, ac/furnace replacement, other repairs. - $11,349 Total loss- - $3,549 I had to replace the ac and the furnace they were17yrs old. $6500 if it wasn't for that i would have a profit of over $3000.

I was saving for my primary residence , but that might take at least two more years of saving. I have a opportunity to buy my second rental unit. (I have enough for that now) I'm not sure how would this affect my chances of buying my primary in the future. Would the affect be negative or positive.. Thanks all..

Is now a good time to buy. Everything is 1/2 price. Rental, condo, beach, one and multi family. Should we believe in a/c. Long term. Is there hope. Thanks.
