My first rental 1yr. Update
So, I'll make this quick.
I just did the numbers for the year.
Rent - +$12,600
Mortgage - - $4,800
Taxes, ac/furnace replacement, other repairs. - $11,349
Total loss- - $3,549
I had to replace the ac and the furnace they were17yrs old. $6500 if it wasn't for that i would have a profit of over $3000.
