We are looking to get one or two investment properties in the NOVA/Maryland area and are looking for an investor friendly agent to work with.

If you know of someone or are that agent, please send me a message. Thanks!

Hi fellow investors, I'm looking for a GC to help finish a basement and turn it into a bedroom and bathroom. Does anyone have recommendations for a good GC? If possible, I hope to get someone with in-house capabilities to actually do the work so I don't need to deal with layers of sub contracting. Property is located in Snohomish county of Washington state.

Thanks!

thanks for sharing your experience @Ramon Purifoy!

 I've been looking for quite a while and haven't seen that trend ... What I do see is sellers getting too greedy and pricing way too high, then grudgingly moving down. When you compare the final sale price with previous however, it's still at above 2006 level. I'm hoping for a market correction too, but if there are too many people waiting for that then a correction would not come.

I was listening to the recent podcast showcasing Kathy Fettke and became interested in her company. Looked it up ("Real Wealth Network") and it seems they broker deals for you for out-of-state turnkeys, syndications and such.

I'm interested in using their service, but wondering if anyone has used them before and how was the experience?

I guess my main concern is on their site the money-making process seems so easy ... when something is that good and easy, it makes me uneasy ...

@Brad Russo thanks Brad for chiming in! Really great info. Thanks!

@Frank Chin thanks!!

@Sarnen Steinbarth I'm mostly looking for rent collection right now, but I wasn't happy with the tenant screening service o had so looking for that too. Marketing would be great but depends on price I guess.

@Russ M. you are right! :-)

@Robert Nason@Aaron Z.@Max T.@Account Closed thank you all for the insights!

@Account Closed This is great to know, thanks for sharing!
