Thanks Josh, I think I may have followed to many people.  I will for now on let the people come to me.  I need to learn more about everything Real Estate and I guess I get a little excited and start trying to make connections with everyone instead of taking the time to see who is willing to help me through the process.  I appreciate you taking the time to answer my questions.  Have an incredibly Blessed evening.

Beck

Hey everyone, I am curious if:

#1 Can I get in trouble for following to many people?

#2 is there a reason I would not want to follow a lot of people?

#3 Can I ask anyone to be a colleague?

#4 Is there a reason why someone would not want to be a colleague?

#5 Can I get into trouble for asking to many people to be a colleague?

I am so new to my New Career and this site and I have lots of questions but I will start with these 5.  Yesterday I got blocked for spamming and it was an innocent mistake but thank goodness I am a quick learner so that won't happen again. :-) Thank you again for all of your help.

To Your Success,

Becky

Thank you David!  I truly appreciate your vote of confidence. I unfortunately did not share that feeling.  I just did not feel like I knew 100% positive that I would pass the test and I did not want to take the chance of getting a 74%.  I rescheduled for next Tuesday the 29th at 9am.  I am just one of those people who have to be sure of myself.  I passed the Insurance State Exam with a 98% only needed 75% but I knew when I went in there I was going to pass.  I feel the same about this test.  I have to know I am going to pass when I walk into that room.  So please give me a thumbs up next Monday evening... ;-) Thank you again.

To Your Success,

Beck

LOL, leave it to me to read 150 words and not characters! So if I may try again to make it unto the "Testimonial" page. I would like to say this about BP:

"BP is the most Active and Reactive REI knowledge packed site out there! Keyword Alerts are awesome and whether you go Free, Plus or Pro... Just GO!"

Being a brand new baby of BP I have to say I am thrilled beyond the most heart stopping roller coaster out there!  I have checked out other sites where the last post was 2 years ago.  BP is up to the minute active and reactive!  I am so happy that I found you this early in my decision to become a Real Estate Agent/ Investor.  Life is Great!  BP is AWESOME!  and this Community Rocks!  Cheers, and God Bless Texas! I mean all of you! :-) Beck

Hey Thanks Dave, I had not found that tidbit yet. Thanks for the link.  I am truly enjoying this site.  The people here are AMAZING, the information is second to none! To think I almost paid a GURU to teach me what everyone here is so eager to share for free.  I am totally in awe at the generosity of the people on this site.  Willing to share their expertise like they do.  Their mistakes and their triumphs!  This is the coolest site I have ever had the pleasure to be a part of.  Got to give thanks to God for directing me here.  :-)  I am not a spring chicken but I still have a lot of years left to do something great and Real Estate is going to be my avenue to success.  Thanks Again, Beck

Yes, Jaren I did and I truly appreciate it.  I hope you have an incredibly blessed afternoon.  Looking forward to hanging out here lots.  I am amazed at the amount of information I have already received just browsing around the site.  Everyone here is very helpful and seem to enjoy sharing valuable information.  Thank you again, Cheers, Becky

Thank you Dmitriy, I just completed my keyword alerts.  I plan on going PRO as soon as I pass my test.  In the meantime, would it be wise to go ahead and upgrade to the smaller account ($9. monthly) or should I just wait until I am licensed and ready to go?  I am so glad I found this site as I came really close to paying a "GURU" $1500.00 to teach me how to do "Overages".  I am really excited about my New Career choice and becoming a member of this community.  I already see the value that all of you have to offer here.  Thanks again and GOD Bless, Becky

Wow Paul Timmins!  Thank you so much, that is a lot of great information.  I am on to the first thing on your list now.  Thank you again,

Becky

ok, Thank you Jon Holdman, I appreciate you. WOW, I have learned a lot already in a short amount of time. :-)  My boyfriend is laughing at me, because I have managed to get banned in under 15 minutes. :-) Wonder if I am the leader in this field?  Always good to be 1st at something.   Cheers, Beck
