My Jan Section 8 payment came through. Polk County, Iowa. Just newly acquired a property with an S8 tenant.

Unsure about Feb but when I contacted the admin to switch checks to me, she said nothing about the shutdown affecting payments.

He's helped us close on 5 of 6 deals we have and we plan to keep acquiring more with him. We own 5 SFRs and a MFR now. I've known him for 10 years.

@Rick Mapes - Yep, we've taken all that, including appreciation and inflation expectations, other sensitivity variables into account as well. Thanks for checking!
