Also, just because it's clogged doesn't mean the drain is damaged, they just can't handle long hair. I've live in new houses--one that we oversaw the entire building process--twice in my life and the drains still get clogged.

Vinegar and baking soda are actually great for clearing clogged drains, too, and are less expensive and damaging than Drano. Pour down maybe a cup of baking soda, then an equal amount of vinegar and let it sit 15 minutes before running any water. It's also cheap enough and easy enough that tenants can do it without you fearing for your plumbing.

To free myself from the 8-5 M-F requirement.
To free up time for a family.
To build, improve, and create.

Hello @Bryan H.
I've found a couple older multi family properties I'm really interested in buying and updating. In the past we've purchased a couple single family rentals in need of some TLC with very little money down that I've really loved working with. Since research and networking are fortes of mine, I've been looking for similar processes for one of the multi family property.

Hello everyone!

I'm Becky, from Raleigh, North Carolina. I've grown up, gone to school, and started my career in the Triangle. It's very much my home and I am thrilled to see it growing.

My partner and I have managed 2 single family rental properties and done much of the work ourselves. I'm currently learning residential wiring from the best electrician in High Point (my grandfather, so I'm biased).

We're working on getting a small complex or converted historic house close to the downtown area to upgrade, restore, and manage part time.

Looking forward to meeting you all.
