I will be looking to do primarily wholesale for now. Hopefully a future flipper and buy and hold. I appreciate the contact though. I definatly want to get out there and get my hands dirty so if anyone else has any work let me know.

William. I definitely love it here in San Diego however it's a tough market. Looking forward to getting started in the panhandle.

I am going to be spending some time in Fort Walton, Navarre, and Pensacola Florida.  I will eventually be moving to this area from San Diego.  I hear the market is really good.  Is there any serious investors in these areas.  If so what are you looking for in a property.  I would like to get into some wholesale projects.  Let me know so I can go to work for you!!

I am still trying to figure out exactly how I am going to get the ball rolling here.  I do have an opportunity to meet with other local San Diego / southern Cal investors in a social event tomorrow.   My question is, what is the number 1 thing I should try to accomplish during this event.  I am looking to gain some traction.  Most likely starting out with Wholesale.
