Slight change of plans:  I think I’m going to try to do some surfing BEFORE the event. 9-11am. I forgot that my little girl will need to nap in the afternoon so I’ll be taking off by 2ish

Hey folks! I'm going to be hanging out at White Plains Beach on Saturday, March 10th with my good buddy (and fellow real estate investor AND author of the new book Long-Distance Real Estate Investing) @David Greene. We'll be meeting at 11:00am to talk about real estate and playing in the sand. 

(We're NOT reserving the big cabana, like last week. It was booked already. We're just meeting on the sand.) 

If it storms... we'll probably change the location so keep an eye on this thread if the weather is bad. 

Surfing will happen before, around 9 - 11 am so if you are a surfer... bring your board! 

So if you are in Honolulu or Kailua or the North Shore or anywhere else on Oahu or in Hawaii... let me know in the comments below that you are coming!

We're still planning on meeting tomorrow at White Plains Beach! Rain is in the forecast  BUT we got the big covered area booked!

I’m in Hawaii - on Oahu - for a bit - and I’d love to get to meet you all! Let’s get together, talk real estate, and enjoy some good food and drinks. We’ve got the big covered pavilion reserved at the Far East side of White Plains Beach- so we’re meeting rain OR shine!

(For those who like to surf - I’ll be doing a surf session first from 9am to noon... you are all welcome to join! Or show up at noon for food and fun!)

Feel free to bring any kind of food to share, as well as any games, chairs, and/or fun stuff to do. Families are invited! (Heather and Rosie will be with me!)

Oh - and If you are in a real estate club - like in Kailua, Kaneohe, Honolulu, Mililani, the North shore, or anywhere else in Oahu - let your clubs know to show up! 

I've used Martin's carpet a few times - but honestly, the best value I've found is Home Depot, with their 72-hour install. Hope that helps! 

hey BP Hawaiians! Totally non-RE question. I’m looking to buy a (new or slightly used) Toyota RAV4 on Oahu ... Anyone know a good dealer? Honolulu Or Kailua?

I know, i know... "rockstar" and "property manager" don't usually fit in the same sentence. But Cincinnati is a big city, so someone awesome should be there who can handle 24 more units on the far west side? ( Cleves is officially the town name, 14 miles west of Cincinnati ) 

Anyone having great luck with a residential property manager there?
