I am not saying go green in all products but their is a way to go green by using energy saving products in home

You say its about make money who right know I see making money and going green. When you could go green and also save money in building and flipping because all products that are grren products are not high in price

:welcome: I have been reading on the property locator is it a way to go in real estate to get started. Its a thought and reading in forums so can someone tell because some of us don't have the money to rehab or flip. Is property locators a good starting point for some of us. :D

:woohoo: I would like to have a Investor Advice on something I got from an Investor that is looking for a Locator.
Asking me if the seller or buyers pay
I need to know what he means by 55% loan to Value or Lower
And all his purchases are conventional.
And does Locators sign contracts with Investors. :help:

:woohoo: Sheriff sales are in all States but they auction of the property that is taken. Its like when Us marshalls, government, it property taken many different reasons. Also check out bid4asset web site it has state and local property.Also check tax sales. :D
