We can do either a 30 year fixed DSCR product or, an even better option would be a 24 month bridge product at 75% LTV cash out! Let's connect!

Doing a Cashout Refinance using DSCR would be your best bet to tap into equity on this free and clear investment property.

DSCR Seems like the best product, at lower leverage I have some rates that are even beating rates on primary homes, would love to connect and discuss a bit further.

Multifamily is the best niche in real estate in the coming 20 years without a doubt. In regards to tax returns, I have products that wont even look at your income to qualify for a cash out refinance, we are strictly going to look at the performance of the property and your credit score.
