How to find a mentor for a new agent working part time in Real Estate?

I believe online training is a must but what else?

I've sat on my agent license for 2yrs - without any activity. Due to the overwhelming of no's told to me working part time. My fire died out fast unfortunately...but now I'm back again! I'm not going to let all my studying go to waste. I want to start ASAP or no later than March of 2017.
