Good morning BP. I'm a newbie investor looking for my first property, likely a SFR. I am starting to work on putting a team together and am seeking advice on a Real Estate agent. Does anyone have an agent they would recommend in the Athens, AL area that is experienced in working with investors? Thanks in advance for your help.

I am also brand new at this game, and this is actually my first post to BP. I live just West of Huntsville, and plan on investing in the Hville area as well as my own area, which is Athens, AL. 

I would like to invite you to the AlaREIA meeting in Huntsville next Saturday, May 6, starting at 9 am. @Brian Trippe and @Carl Randal will host the event at Keller-Williams Real Estate. Brian will be discussing Lease Options. I have attended two of these events so far, and they have been great. There are good networking opportunities and I'm sure there will be other investors and realtors there that can answer your questions.
