I am just starting to learn about RE investing and I signed up for a free 2 hour seminar to be hosted by a TV personality who flips houses. I know there will be an up sell at the end to get you to buy coaching or whatever from them. Any advice on if this is a good idea to sign up for coaching or should I run the other way?
