I just spoke to an investor who bought a home for $125k and the it’s only worth $100k. He buys and hold. You can make a property a deal, did you know that?

@Baron Wilson - My go-to is Facebook Marketplace and "rooms for rent" specific groups on FB. Here in the Denver area, there are a lot of groups specific to renting rooms. Give that a try and make sure to stick to a strict screening process (background/credit/eviction check, past rental references, proof of employment or income verification etc.)

My friends are irresponsible and so are family members so I’m trying to find tenants other than them to house hack. I have two bedrooms available.
