Congratulations on all your deals so far! I wish you luck on your next three deals as well. Are you using traditional financing on these next three properties?

I agree with paying the high interest credit cards off if you have any of those. That's what I'm doing now paying off the credit cards then saving for the next property. Hopefully it won't take to long for that. Best of luck!

Hi Michael McIntosh , as far as using and HELOC or a 401k loan those are both options that you can definitely use for a down payment. I have used both of those methods to purchase real estate. I have family in Rochester and Lake Orion. I am an investor and also a real estate agent so let me know if there is any other questions you may have or if you need a realtor.

Hi @Andrew Marsh, I took my real estate classes online at Real Estate Express. I felt they did a good job preparing me for the state test.

I just got my first order of business cards and i didn't add my picture to them. I don't have a professional picture of my self yet either. Thats the reason for mine not to have my picture, but I think I'm going to add my picture next time I need to order more cards. I just didn't want to wait to get my picture taken before I got my cards.

@Shenice B. Ok thank you. I would definitely like to see more about them as I have never heard of a cloud based broker.
