I would be careful with that. The tenant most likely still has occupancy rights until you have the official notice...even if they left. What happens if they come back and claim that they were not vacating? This could cause you more unwanted headaches and time.

We used a template that we edited for the contract. I'm not sure about NY. I would check what your laws are. Here is a link that might be helpful.

Hi William. That looks correct. Over the course of 30 years you will make 360 payments. That adds up to the 766K. Here is a link that explains mortgage amortization.

Try the book Getting Things Done. It discusses a system. You can also use an app like Trello for projects.

My wife and I do not keep seperate checking accounts. We do have multiple accounts that we use but we each equal access to them. We are partners together and make decisions together.
