Hi

ang recommendations for a real estate photographer company who also does matterport ?

Why not buy around where you are?  Plenty of opportunity.  I don't think you need to go to Houston to find deals.  It just complicates things and adds risk.   Now if you tell me you own 100 rentals in DFW and want to diversify and build a portfolio in another market, ok.  Just think if you have to drive to meet tenants, do make ready, meet HVAC repair...that's a 5 hour drive each way.

For some reason Houston houses seem to be undervalued for the same rent.

the dfw market has gone crazy but I get your point

I got an application of a 44 year old lady US citizen with no credit history , good income to cover the rental but no credit history.

Answer was that she was recently divorced and husband used to handle finannces.

 HIRE a PM co,

Is this for screening the candidates

Congratulations! Is there a question?

 Yes on how to approach.

It looks like she never had a credit card she always relied on her husband and she recently found a job and she's been working since 2021 so John history is also not so much she does not have a cosigner who can sign up along with her and has a credit score of 650 looks like all red flags to me
