Hi everyone!  

Working on a new batch of post cards to mail out, and I was just curious are there any post cards you've sent before that you had more success with than others?  For instance, what sort of phrasing did you use, colors, yellow letters, more/less wordy, etc.

I am in the DFW market.  If you don't want to share your secrets I understand!

And if things are going well for you, what market are you in?

Have things picked back up for you?  I am curious if now would be a good time to jump into my first AIR BNB, or if that would be foolish.
