@Brandon Sturgill Be very careful with this. Make sure this is a voucher for all of the rent for as long as the term is, I got burned very bad  by this because the voucher was only for  1 months rent but I was lead to believe  from tenant it would be an on going payment. The tenant was in my unit for 7 months and it cost about 10 k to finally evict.

I think it looks good. Very wood like. I would love to do tile in all my rentals throughout as it is so durable.

@Maggie Tasseron I wear socks to bed September through May because my feet are always cold 😊

I agree with @Account Closed that tile in a bedroom would be cold in the North but not so much in the south.

@Steven Maduro Thanks for sharing your project experiences.  Sounds like you will be better equipped for the next one. 😊

@Sam Leon I would not have a problem renting to a cop I actually do have a state trooper as a tenant.  He even fixed a speeding ticket or me 😊

@Kelly S. I understand this is frustrating for you. Is it possible these types of repairs were likely going to crop up anyway due to the age of the Ac garbage disposal etc.  It has been my experience that if they are over 10 years old they were likely on their way out and it does always seem to happen at once😩

If that is not the case than they are very hard on the house and should probably be responsible for future repairs.  If that is allowed in your state of course.

@vanessa in Ma a landlord is not supposed to charge any fee to run credit. If she did bring you to court a judge would call her out on it. I wouldn't worry to much about it.

@Arlan Potter You are right, the thrill is in the deal.  I would venture to guess there aren't a lot of BP family here that doesn't like to ride roller coasters.
