hello All

I am searching for another way of finding properties that are not on the MLS LISTING. I am in the Atlanta area and I'd like to find houses to rehab but whenever I search on the MLS LISTING...the next day I call and the property is pending. I've heard of code enforcement houses but I'm not sure where to find out about them. I also see houses that are boarded but no luck in finding out about them either...HELP PLEASE... IF POSSIBLE

Hello All

As a newbie in rehabbing...should I stay away from property that states "sold as is" with "no disclosures"? 

It sounds to me that something may be seriously wrong with the property and will be my problem once I purchase it.

Is it difficult to secure a hard money or private lender to purchase properties that are being auctioned. I am new to purchasing auction properties. I assume you have to show proof of funds when purchasing..help please!!
