Good Evening fellow BP'ers,

My name is Justin Fernandez and I definitely forgot to introduce myself before posting around, but better late than never!

I am a father of one and hopefully 2 soon, currently serving in the reserves but plan to go active in the next few months. I just got into real estate investing, after reading Rich Dad Poor Dad.  I was listening to Brandon's weekly webinar and he sold me on going Pro and here I am. So I am thankful to able to find a community where I can find my own place in and learn and share experiences so mistakes can be minimal, maybe.

I plan on moving into a Multiplex soon to start my buy and hold strategy while wholesaling to start funding my adventures in Real Estate!

I believe with good follow-up you'll definitely get the deal! A monthly ping should be enough.  Best of luck @David wooten

I'd recommend getting the book "Investing in Duplexes, Triplexes, and Quadplexes" by Larry B Loftis. It was an easy read and gives a lot of insight on how to live for free while improving the rents and forcing appreciation. It doesn't give much info about using the 1031 exchange to get into bigger multifamily properties. Overall, it gives you a vertical and horizontal explanation of real estate investing with multifamily properties. But there are other threads like Brandon's BRRRR method, or using 20K to get 200 buildings thread. You just have to find what you like and apply it to your situation.

I am creating a list of Buyers for those looking to purchase deals in the Alpharetta or Roswell Area. I am new and would love mentoring or doing a JV, But while still learning (currently D4$,until I can invest in marketing properly), I would like to start a list of buyers that are interested in that area.

Please let me know what criteria you're looking for so I know what deals to send you as they come along.

Beds/Baths?

Sq ft?

Price Range?

Residential Type?

How many projects you have?

How many more can you do?

Special Requests (views, long driveways, luxury, etc)?

You can also just PM me if you don't want to post here.
