@Azlina Harun, Yah i know that Ohio is pretty killer for cash flow, and properties are dirt cheap, I have never been there and have no team there. Colorado and Cali are similar markets to hawaii, so gunna be much harder to find the cash flows. What part of Ohio does your child live ?

Aloha Nicholas! At the moment we are pretty open. I prefer states where my children are, so I have a reason to spend extended period there, and able to spend time with the kids too. Those states are: Ohio, Colorado and California.

Ohio, from the research I have done so far, seem to lend itself to a positive cash flow situation easier that Colorado and California.

California tax sale is coming up in February. I received the list of properties this week.
