Hey Mehul,

I am in a similar boat as you are. I live in New Zealand and would like to invest in US. Wondering if you have managed to finance your investment from a local bank in US. Being a non-US resident is near impossible (unless some one can correct me) to get finance. I wonder how you are are progressing. Any updates would be great.
