I have found that most of the REO companies have stopped taking applicaltions. Also if they do accpet appilcations you need to have experience in BPO's and have all your ducks in a row to start listing, i.e. e&o insurance, licnese information vendors you are going to work with to change locks, trashout and property preservation.

I signed up with 75 differnt companies a year and half a ago. I was trained by GMAC how to do BPO's and have done over 400 since then, about one a day. google free bpo lists and you should find some companies although Bpo's do have some steep learning curve if you don't get one or two passed qc on your first try with a company you may not be asked to do another one.

Thanks Joshua what did you do when you were in Clackamas. Jeff the only information I get pre mls reo's is from the Fannie Mae Homesteps website.
