@Blake Yoder i agree with what @Chris Mason said if you are not an all-cash buyer, financing should be in #1 and #2. I figured that out when i started with the reading and doing my due diligence.

Welcome to BP, i think we are in the same boat here. Am new to real estate investing and in Metro Detroit area. What i do right now is educating myself and learning different exit strategies. This forum is a good way to start and attending meetups in the area.

My name is Ayo Oredugba, new to real estate investing, concentrating on single family properties. I work with one of the auto industry here in Michigan. i was hoping getting a job there will make me get my freedom, but i haven't.
