Hi BP,

I have a quick question about using google voice. Does using a google voice number affect your phone bill?  I have found mixed answers from my research so far.

Thanks,

Arin

Hi BP, I have been working on some tax delinquent lists in my area and when I search some properties on the towns database, some say it sold for $1. And some say $100. What exactly does this mean? Was it inherited? Thanks, Arin

I am still new to real estate investing but I have done a bit of reading to increase my knowledge. One thing that I learned that can help you is to make contacts with people in the area you are looking to invest in. Get in touch with lenders, agents, town officials, contractors, and anyone else who might know the market. These people will more than likely be happy to help. I know its not much, but I hope this helps a little.

George Germanos I started looking into real estate last year when I was 16 as well. Since then I have done tons of research and I'm always trying to get in touch with investors around me. I believe that Logan Hand is around your area and he seems to be doing very well in real estate, so maybe you can try and reach out to him.

@Jay Hinrichs I also plan on getting my RE license when I turn 18. I have looked up some study resources already. I will definitely reconsider wholesaling since I don't have much capital to market and get my name out there. I appreciate the informative response.

@John Thedford @Jeff B. I appreciate your honesty. I do however want to point out that I have no experience in real estate, I am just 17. I am just trying to get a better understanding of how wholesalers approach the sellers. I have many years of education and learning ahead of me.

@Eric F. I really appreciate your input. You mentioned some great points. I would definitely make sure the seller gets paid and get the property of his hands, no matter what it takes. And thanks for clarifying the question to John.
