Hey everyone.  Can someone help me find a highly recommended mobile notary that is real estate savvy in the Tobyhanna, PA area??  Must be calming and presentable.  I'm looking for someone to meet with a seller who is more comfortable with face to face interaction.  I live out of state.  If you can point me in the right direction,  that would be great.

Thanks

I've gone to the meeting at IHOP off Bearss and I-275 in north Tampa quite a bit.  Usually has a nice turn out.  They used to have it every Wednesday at 7pm but I haven't gone in awhile.  I think they only meet twice a month now,  same day and time now.

It also seems to be illegal because he didn't record the the first closing with the county.  It's my understanding that you have to do a double closing at a title company so they are both recorded and shows an interest in the property.  That sound right?

I wonder what would of been being said if McCain was elected and the country was still in the same position? I think everything was so messed up to begin with that Obama is swimming against the current. It will get worse before it gets better. We need to start making our own lives better and stop waiting for the government to help us.

I don't really talk about politics much but I'm kind of confused. How are people doubting someone after only 6 months in office? You try to make and see big changes in a entire country in that time. That's like giving someone 4 days to sell a house then getting pissed cause it's still not sold an hour later. Time will tell, but I think he might need a little bit more then 6 months to see the changes we all want.

Haha....well I wasn't sure if I would be categorized as a third party.

I recently read "Buying Real Estate without Cash or Credit" by Peter Conti. In it, it says to try calling FSBO to find motivated sellers. Here is my question. While searching forsalebyowner.com all the listings say "Attention real estate agents and other third parties. This owner is a member of the National Do Not Call Registry. Solicitation calls could face a $1,000 fee." If I'm not actually buying the property for myself to live in but looking at it as an investment would I still be considered a third party? Thanks

Yeah I agree. Well I didn't mean just sit back. He does have some people helping maintain the properties but he is the one trying to manage it all. By saying that he should be sitting back and collecting money I meant that he should have people taking care of the managing aspect so he doesn't have to do it all. By work I mean almost complete renovations. His rent system doesn't seem very smooth to me.
