Does anyone know if they do blind HUDS in Dallas, TX and Phoenix, AZ for double closing?

@Michael Quarles Is that because you"ll need the capital just in case the bank call the due on sale clause?

Hey everyone,

If you can't wholesale a deal because there is no equity. Is it a good idea to do a subject-to deal for a newbie? I have been listening to a lot of the podcasts by @Michael Quarles and I want don't want to throw a motivated lead away

@Jeff B. That's good to know starting out. Do you know if you can wholesale real estate in Texas without full disclosure?

@Bryce Calhoun You're right that a double close would prevent me from revealing my profit. But the title company said they want full disclosure, otherwise they won't do the transaction. Do you know any title companies in SoCal that you can refer to me that are doing it without disclosing?

Hey everyone,

I've contacted a bunch of title companies regarding double closing and one of them said you can do double closing, but full disclosure has to be disclosed. Meaning the seller and cash buyer will have to know how much you make. Does Double Closing still work in the State of California without the seller and cash buyer knowing your profit?

Best,

Edwin

Hey everyone,

Are there any title companies in Northern California that will do Dry Closing or simultaneous closing? If you of a title company that does this, you don't have to share it if you don't want to. I just want to know that it is possible and I'll do my own digging to find one that does.

Regards,

Edwin

@Kyle J. Makes sense. Do you happen to know of any title companies or closing attorneys that will do simultaneous closing in the Bay Area?
