Post: First time mailers to sellers

After a couple of weeks driving for dollars I have a huge list of homeowners addresses to vacant and distressed properties that I would like to send mailers to. We are using 6x9 clasp envelopes and yellow lined paper. Any good recommendations on what our pitch should say?

My boyfriend Justin and I just moved to the Portland area from Colorado. We have been studying wholesaling and real estate investing for about two years now.
