How do you find buyers for a home that needs some work? Offering seller financing. I’ve tried all the online methods. But where could I take some flyers, talk to people, etc? Or should I just make the repairs and be done with it

A year ago I bought a duplex with conventional financing. Being in a flood zone, I had to buy the first year flood insurance up front. Well now I am required to pay for it monthly and it’s way too expensive. Almost $400 a month. What are my options to get this down?

I think I will call fair housing and ask them directly just to be sure. she had a large sticker on her refrigerator that was a picture of her son, and I picked it up and the spot underneath the magnet was significantly whiter than the rest of the fridge. Yuck lol

@Michael Ablan my reason for this post was because I assumed a property manager would do these things, however I’ve asked every local property management company and been told they do not do things like that???
