Also, I just got my Real Estate license and I don't know how your searching for properties but I have access to the MLS and if you ever wanted me to utilize that for you I'd me more than happy to help. Hello BP,

I am an investor and Realtor out of KW Classic Properties office and it is great to be apart of this site. I would hope to learn much from you all. 

Some things that I would like to take away from this site would be:

    -More knowledge of the Columbus area and it's investment opportunities. 

-A bigger business professional network, surrounding my self with people who love Real Estate.

-Hard and soft money lending, maybe even meet a few Private money lenders via this site.

Yes, I just recently moved from Lemoore CA to Columbus OH when I got out of the service. 

Travel: I would say take the 70 or 80. I took the 80 because I've never been to CO, it was a beautiful drive and it is safe this time of year to go over the Mountains. The 70 is shorter but a very dull and boring drive. 

Living: John you hit it on the spot! I love Columbus so much there is so much opportunity here and there's so much to do. 

Groceries: Hit up Kroger, they don't have it in CA but it's the best place to shop in the good OH!

Other: I don't know if you have ever lived here before but be ready to see A LOT of Ohio State fans, it's a thing here.
