Say a landlord has a section 8 property and wants to reimburse the rent for the month of December back to the tenant (both their portion and the portion paid for by the government) as a result of feeling the holiday spirit.

Would this be legally doable 🤔?

@Jonathan G. Got it. We’ve only checked condensate lines thus far because of some water accumulation in the ceiling. I’ll sure to get on that. Thank you for the info!
