@Kathy Henley thanks for your input! It wasn’t my original idea, but it was a kind thought, for sure. Just wanted to make sure no rules were being broken in the process

Say a landlord has a section 8 property and wants to reimburse the rent for the month of December back to the tenant (both their portion and the portion paid for by the government) as a result of feeling the holiday spirit.

Would this be legally doable 🤔?
